Sometimes one thing sends us over the edge and we can’t get a grip for hours, even days! When we lose access to our New Brain (logic, reasoning, and consequences) and adrenaline floods our system, we have to get ourselves back on track. This can be extremely difficult, but with practice it gets easier.
