Growth Mindset is on a Firm Foundation, but We’re Still Building the House

Carol Dweck

Carol Dweck, a researcher from Stanford University, recently published the article “Growth Mindset is on a Firm Foundation, but We’re Still Building the House.”

Transforming Education says that, “As Dweck notes in her piece, the mindsets field has a 30-year track record with vast evidence of the value of a growth mindset. But the field remains young, and Dweck and all the other members of the Network are constantly launching new projects to refine their knowledge of growth mindsets and the best ways to cultivate them.”
