The Staff SEL Self Assessment was designed to work in conjunction with the Staff Rating for SEL Skills questionnaire produced by the Weikart Center for Youth Program Quality.

The Self Assessment poses reflection questions for staff members to thoroughly gage his or her strengths in SEL practices as well as provide space to develop action plans for those practices which have great opportunity to grow.

This tool can prove useful in improving staff practices on an individual or collective basis. It can also serve as a platform for processing both areas of improvement and new ideas to eventually move into action in implementing stronger SEL practices in your staff and organization.

The Staff SEL Self Assessment is available for download and organizational use.
